D & J Beverage is looking for an enthusiastic individual to help support our company right away.

This person is responsible for the billing for all leased customers. This person will need to have a lot of good customer service skills as well as being a good multi-tasker. This person will need to work with customers to very closely and build rapport to keep accounts current This position will post payments by cash, check and credit card daily and must balance daily. This person is also responsible for making sure that our customers feel that their needs are taken care of.

This position will require the following:

• Posting payments on a daily basis and reconciling to make sure everything balances
• Build relationship with customers
• Keep on top of all accounts that are past due and place on credit hold if needed
• Complete monthly billing of all service calls at leased accounts
• Manage all billing inquires for leased accounts
• Miscellaneous office projects

Qualifications for this position:

• Very strong in customer service
• Very detail oriented
• Accounting background
• Good with problem solving
• Upbeat attitude and good phone etiquette

This person must have at least an associates in Accounting or minimum 10 years of experience in the accounting field with experience in analysis.
